Partner BQuiver

Kristian Boot

With over 20 years of experience in Finance Transformation and Global Business Services (GBS), Kristian has supported organizations across strategy, operating model design, transitions, and large-scale transformation programs in complex environments.

Before founding BQuiver, Kristian spent more than 12 years at KPMG in senior leadership roles, including portfolio responsibility, Market Lead for Financial Services, and Community Lead for Finance Transformation & GBS. These years reinforced his belief in collaboration, team development, and combining expertise to deliver lasting client impact.

BQuiver was founded from the conviction that consultancy is changing. New ways of working, enabled by automation and AI, are transforming how knowledge is transferred, how teams collaborate, and how change is delivered. Kristian  is particularly focused on using technology to embed knowledge sustainably within organizations, so impact extends beyond individual projects.

Looking ahead, Kristian aims to build BQuiver together with clients, talented professionals, and partners into a trusted platform for transformation. He enjoys meaningful conversations on how organizations can evolve — whether over ideas, coffee, or lunch.

Partner BQuiver

Ralph Geertsema

With over 25 years of experience across consulting, system integration, and corporate leadership, Ralph supports organizations in designing and evolving Intelligent Operating Models. His work spans strategy, finance transformation, data and AI, operating models, and complex change programs within regulated European environments.

Before partnering with BQuiver, Ralph held senior roles at Big 4 firms, system integrators, and within corporate organizations, as well as working independently. These roles shaped a pragmatic view on transformation: sustainable impact comes from combining analytical rigor with clear ownership, governance, and realistic execution.

Throughout his career, Ralph has focused on helping organizations move from static target models to adaptive operating models. Advances in AI and automation are reshaping how organizations sense, decide, and act. His work centers on embedding intelligence into core processes — particularly in finance, performance management, and SAP-centric landscapes — so learning and improvement continue beyond formal programs.

As a partner of BQuiver, Ralph contributes to building a trusted platform for Intelligent Operating Models that continuously evolve. He values close collaboration with clients and partners who are serious about lasting change, and enjoys substantive conversations grounded in real-world challenges.

We offer industry-agnostic expertise, having successfully supported clients across a wide variety of sectors and industries.  Our services are adaptable—ranging from end-to-end transformation programs (from strategy through implementation) to more targeted projects like contract reviews, health checks, and value case validations.

We deploy small, experienced teams with deep functional knowledge, working closely with your internal teams to provide specialized insights, temporary capacity,  and momentum. Whether through ad hoc advisory or full-time initiative support, we aim to optimize your business services while building your team’s long-term capabilities.

Who we are

Client asks & challenges

GBS Journey
You need a clear, shared direction for GBS: what’s in/out of scope, what value you’re targeting, and how the model should work end-to-end. The challenge is aligning stakeholders while translating ambition into a practical TOM (services, governance, processes, org, tech, controls) and an implementation roadmap that holds up under real-life complexity.

Controlled Change

You’re moving services or changing delivery models, but you can’t afford disruption. The challenge is making change “safe”: protecting continuity, building capability, and embedding new ways of working and technology while the operation keeps running. You want structured execution from current state to future-ready delivery—supported by a digital-first approach that accelerates decisions and transparency.

Knowledge Transfer
You’re facing a transition where critical know-how sits in people’s heads—tacit judgement, context, and the “why” behind decisions. Traditional KT (documents and checklists) doesn’t transfer that expertise, so performance drops after handover. You need a method that captures how experts really work, validates it in practice, and makes it repeatable for the receiving team.

Quality Assurance

You want confidence that the program delivers quality outcomes—every time—across waves, teams, and vendors. The challenge is maintaining control without slowing down: clear governance, realistic planning, risk/issue discipline, and stage-gates that actually steer decisions. You need independent QA and strong program management to keep scope, dependencies, and delivery consistent from mobilisation through hypercare.
